Notes/Facts: A classy rendition of how Pinot Meunier can be perfectly integrated into a Premier Cru “Pink” Champagne. Made by the “Rosé d’assemblage” method it allows Mr. Dumangin to obtain his signature color that is consistent from year to year. It consists of blending a still white wine before its second fermentation in bottle, with 15% of Champagne red wine, vinified to be very low in tannins.
