Tasting Notes:   Nice balanced botrytis, with a more fresh bright fruit and honey finish.

Food Pairings:   Foie Gras, Goat cheese, lemon based desserts and fruit tarts.

Grape Variety:   80% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Muscadelle

Alcohol Level:   13%

Vinification:   Traditional fermentation but for Monbazillac it is stopped before completion as to leave residual sugar in the wine that gives it the sweet liqueur like qualities.

Notes/Facts:   In the finest years most of the harvest goes to making the Fut des Chenes sweet wines, but this classic version vinified in stainless steel gives us our every day drinking sweet wines that are well balanced and super affordable.
