HISTORY
The Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie appellation is THE wine par excellence of the Nantaise region. It owes its name to the two rivers that cross this ideal terroir for the cultivation of the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety. As for the mention “sur lie”, it indicates that the wine has spent the winter in vats on its fine lees of fermentation which gives it all its richness and aromatic complexity.

Very nice pale gold colour. We find in mouth a beautiful mineral presence and a fruity evolution. The wine is really well-balanced, fresh, easy to drink. As an aperitif, it goes perfectly with rillettes or small fried fish. As a starter, it will delight salmon tartar lovers. Muscadet will satisfy lovers of seafood platters and grilled fish for the main course. For those who want something exotic, we recommend sushi.
