The village of Sancerre dominates the Loire Valley at an altitude of 310 metres and offers a superb view on the surrounding vineyards. The Comty of Sancerre used to belong to great noble families of the French Kindom. Hence the name of this cuvee: The prince’s hill.

Pneumatic press allowing a soft and regulated extraction. Cold skin maceration. Selected yeasts. Fermentations at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to allow long fermentations giving finer and more intense aromas.
Pale golden colour. Expressive nose. Citrus aroma with hints of white flowers, exotic fruit and a certain minerality. A typical Sancerre, representative of its appellation. Great association with seafood, cheeses (Loire valley goat cheese especially), white meats as well as sour-sweet exotic meals.
