Notes/Facts: This wine’s grapes come from an old family terrain or “Heredad” that received its name from the birds that nested there. The “graulas”, a kind of crows, that inhabited the terrain kept the foreigners at check with its grim presence but they respected the family and its heritage.
Wine elaborated from a selection of Tempranillo and Grenache grape varieties. After a cold – maceration, grapes are fermented separately on their own skins, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve the fruit aromas from its variety.
