For 4 generations, the Nouet family has taken the greatest care of its 23 hectares of vines located 20km south-east of Nantes, on the banks of the Sèvre river. The plots benefit from the winds from the Atlantic, bringing minerality and freshness to the wines.

The grapes are pressed directly (pneumatic press) when they arrive at the cellar to preserve the freshness of the aroma. Selected yeast adapted to the terroir of this cuvée. Fermentation with thermo-regulation (15-18°C). Ageing on lies with stirring.
Light, bright and crisp, this is a tangy wine. Its floral and grapefruit aromas are both part of a wine that has been made to be fruity and elegant. Shellfish & fishes are the obvious matches but veggie lasagna, salads, pies, and fresh cheeses would do perfectly.
