Process/Technique: Slow single Distillation process at around 53 to 58 degrees to allow for more fatty acids, complex flavors and character to remain in the spirit.
Notes/Facts: Gascon and Limousin Oak, with 10% Gascon oak to retain a darker color and more tannins.
