Notes/Facts: Because of its history as one of the oldest AOC’s, Monbazillac is Perigord’s ambassador worldwide. Its known origins date back to the Middle Ages, where the lords and clergy were already developing sweet white wines on the southern slopes of the Dordogne valley.
