By special invitation, the James Beard House plays host to the country’s leading chefs, allowing members and guests to experience the cuisine of some of the country’s leading culinary talents. On August 25, 2010, chef-owner Mike Stollenwerk of Philadelphia’s highly acclaimed Fish Restaurant teamed up with Palateur’s own, Mark Monaco, who acted as his traveling Sommelier for the evening. With chef Stollenwerk’s notable creativity and flare in his seafood preparations and Monaco’s tuned-in knowledge, guests will surely be in for a memorable food and wine experience.
