PHILADELPHIA, PA – Palateur Imports, a boutique wine and spirits importer based in Pennsylvania, in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, has introduced a new exclusive value wine called Seigneurie de Peyrat to the successful Chairman’s Selection program, making it available to a wide number of PA wine consumers.  “Sure, some may see QR codes as a passing fancy…we felt we had more depth with a brand like Garrigae…” said Linh Chia, Brand Manager at Palateur… “Not only do we have a legendary winery in Seigneurie de Peyrat, but they are part of a small group of luxury resort hotels and properties, so the message or “call to action” for the QR became less of a winery website plug, but more of an intimate invitation to visit the winery or schedule a luxurious spa retreat at one of the properties….not bad for a purchase under $10.”  Most of the hotels are rennovated castles and chateaus. Les Jardins de Saint-Benoit was rated by the London Times as one of the top five wine themed resorts in the world.
