PHILADELPHIA, PA – In an effort to better highlight some of the more age-worthy wines in the Palateur portfolio, it will begin to include a small Palateur Collection stamp on some of its back labels. This will help to signify to consumers and ultimately collectors that the wine should have potential to be cellared anywhere from 10-50 years, perhaps even longer in some instances…conditions permitting of course. This will apply to certain hand-selected, vintage Champagnes, red wines and various fine dessert wines. Some of the first brands introduced to the Collection series will be stalwarts like Domaine Grange Neuve “Fut de Chenes” Monbazillac 1998 and Podere Malabrocca Vin Santo “Santo Subito” 2001.
